He joined a Top 5 Firm and after a number of years moved to a medium-sized firm enabling him to gain an extensive experience of a wide spectrum of clients - from one-man owner managed trades to multi-million pound companies. Howard moved on to become a partner at a small local firm in 1992 before setting out to establish ARCHER ASSOCIATES.
